Does delivery take longer when delivered by your own fleet of trucks?

Possibly! When we deliver with our own fleet of trucks, the estimated duration is 4-7 days. While this may take longer than standard third-party delivery, our personalised service is worth the extra wait. our trucks allow us to control the delivery process and ensure that your items arrive in top condition. Can the driver help me carry them to where they need to be?

We understand that you may need some assistance in carrying your items. However, drivers are prohibited from performing duties not within their job description, as stated in our health and safety policy.
While we appreciate your understanding in this matter, we encourage you to keep the weight and size of your items in mind when placing your order. It may be helpful to enlist the help of a friend or family member or to opt for smaller, more manageable items.

Can you deliver it to my back garden?

Of course, but this service comes at an extra cost*. We can deliver it to your back garden if the ground is stable and the entry gap is over 9 feet. However, please remember that any fences or obstacles may require extra consideration. It’s important to note that our experienced driver will assess whether the access and terrain are suitable for delivery, and if not, they will seek an alternate location. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and ensure that your order arrives safely and securely. How do you handle deliveries off-road?

We understand that off-road deliveries can be challenging and require a different approach than our standard delivery methods. At Contemporary Paving Online, we have all-terrain Moffatts attached to the back of our trucks to tackle this issue. They are designed to navigate rough and uneven terrain, such as dry grass, well-driven mud, and gravel. However, it is essential to note that our Moffatts cannot navigate through wet mud or grass and must have openings larger than 9ft. Our experienced drivers also have the reasonability to consider if a terrain is suitable and durable for our Moffets, so please consider that our drivers have the right to refuse a specific location due to risk to product or machinery.

If you require delivery off-road, we ask that you speak with one of our transport managers to discuss the specifics of your delivery. Our transport managers will work with you to coordinate a delivery time that works for both parties and provide an accurate delivery quote.
It is important to note that our off-road delivery service is not included in our standard free delivery policy. This means that there will be an additional charge for this service. Nevertheless, it is worth the investment as it ensures that your product is delivered to the desired location in good condition and in a timely manner.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes, we offer weekend deliveries at an additional cost depending on your location. However, please note that our services do not include standard weekend delivery. Do you have your own trucks for delivery, or do you use a third-party service?

Yes, we use our sister company RF Paving’s fleet of new, top-of-the-line trucks equipped with Moffett offloads, enabling us to handle and transport bulk loads quickly and efficiently. However, we also utilise third-party palletised services for standard delivery needs.
For deliveries closer to our HQ in Whitely Doncaster, we prefer to use our own trucks as we can ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. For further deliveries, we use a trusted third-party delivery service. However, in case of any special delivery request, our trucks can be pre-booked to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.
So, whether it is a small or large consignment, we have the flexibility to cater to different delivery requirements with the utmost care and attention. Rest assured. We are committed to providing reliable and cost-effective delivery solutions to meet your needs.

Where & how will my order be delivered?
