Goods Delivered To You
If you have bought a product that has been delivered to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) within 30 days after delivery,by getting in contact with us, either by email or by phone.
If the product is damaged or faulty, then we may replace or refund as appropriate with your legal rights.
On receipt of the goods, it’s important that you check the product for damages before signing for it. If there are damages then please sign for it as ‘damaged’. Unfortunately due to the nature of our work, damages do occur but not often. The process is made much easier for both parties if we are informed on the day that the product has been delivered to you. It would be a great help to us if you opened and checked the crate on arrival, noted any damages and then contacted us in the office for us to help you further.
As a rule, we will not collect the breakages that occur however we will send you out replacements if the product received was substandard.
