How much more do we need to order for breakages/wastage?

We would advise that you order 5% more than you need, to account for the cuts and breakages. It’s no problem if you need any more than your original order as we do not sell everything in full crates. If only a few pieces are required, then you can order these from the website separately.

How long will my delivery take?

Your delivery will generally take 5 -7 working days. If the product you have chosen is not in stock, then you will be advised of a re-scheduled delivery date. It is at your discretion to decide what you would like to do going forward – Please see the FAQ: ‘What happens if I order the product and then I am told it is out of stock?’

Once you have placed your order and received confirmation, we shall keep you updated throughout the process. And as always, you can contact us to check the status at any point.

What happens if I order too much? What is the returns policy?

If you order too much, we will accept returns but only in full crates. Please see our returns policy for more details.

Will I receive any advice on laying?

Yes, we can always offer advice over the phone or email. Alternatively, on each product tab there are laying instructions that gives you the basic knowledge on how to lay each product.

Is there any conditions to the free delivery over £300?

All full packs and also any orders with full packs will all be delivered free of charge*. If the order has a value of £300 or more, which is made up of the individual slabs, then your delivery will also be free of charge.

If your order is under the value of £300 then a flat rate of £40 + VAT will be charged on your order. A postal surcharge will be added to your order if you live in the postcodes listed below:

What happens if I order the product and then I am told it is out of stock?

After receipt of order, if it becomes clear that the product you have ordered is not in stock in the quantity you require, we will inform you of this within 3 days. We can then either issue you with a full refund or we will advise you on the new delivery date pending the product coming back into stock.

Why are the prices so low?

Here at contemporary paving we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the products and the market. We try to keep our prices as low as possible while giving you the best quality products that we offer. We are a branch of a company that has dealt with imports for over 20 years, therefore we have the knowledge and resources to be able to supply you with the best products at the lowest cost. How do I receive advice on the maintenance and cleaning of my products?

As with all products, the maintenance is essential to keeping the product looking at its best all year round and for many years to come. If you require any advice on maintenance, please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to assist you. We also have a document including stains and different cleaners to use. Please refer to ‘ Cleaning and Maintenance’

We price match all of our products

We promise to price match any of our products. If you find our product elsewhere, like for like, we shall match the price. We are that certain that our products and prices are the best on the market!
