We promise to price match any of our products. If you find our product elsewhere, like for like, we shall match the price. We are that certain that our products and prices are the best on the market!
Deliveries generally take place between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We will endeavour to carry out the deliveries on our own fleet of 6 wheeler/articulated vehicles with detachable forklift offload. However, with our discretion and especially with longer distance deliveries, we may use a palletised delivery network to ensure a prompt delivery from time of order. Couriers use a tail lift to take our crates off the lorry and then a manual pump truck/trolley to place the goods on the kerbside.
The price paid for transport covers a kerb side delivery. Where they can, they will endeavour to get the pallet as close to the property as they can, however this is at the driver’s discretion. There is a possibility of this if a level and hard standing area is available for the pump truck to be able to place the goods for you. However if the area is not flat, or has an aggregate (gravel/chippings) on it, unfortunately the pump truck would be unable to move over this surface. The driver will leave this in the safest place on a hard ground, at their discretion.

On the day the delivery is due, please ensure that someone is in to sign for it. This is to ensure that the goods have been checked and signed off as delivered and received by you.
We will always pass on any requests to call you an hour before the delivery is due at your property. However this is not guaranteed and we are unable to take any liability for any consequential losses due to this, or due to someone not being there to accept the delivery.
Our Vehicles can be up to 28tonne articulated lorries that carry out the deliveries. If there is a problem with access then please let us know at the point of order and we will do our very best to try and source an alternative method for you. However this may delay the delivery.
We will not accept any additional costs that may need to be paid due to us not been informed that there is restricted access to the delivery address. Please ensure this is done before placing the order. If there is no one there to accept the delivery and sign for the goods, there will be a recharge for the re delivery of the goods at a later date.
We try our absolute best to deliver the goods on the date provided at the point of order, however due to stock levels and also the busy transport schedule, we ask our customers to respect that there may be potentially longer lead times.
We will try to keep you informed through the entire process and if the goods are not in stock, we will notify you of this as soon as the order is placed. We decide at our discretion if the goods will be delivered by our own vehicles or via carrier due to delivery times and also the distance of the delivery.
We are always available in our office and via email to answer and discuss anything that you see fit in regards to the product and also the delivery process. We will keep you updated and also will notify you as and when we have an update.
All full packs and also any orders with full packs will all be delivered free of charge*. If the order has a value of £300 or more which is made up of the individual slabs then your delivery will also be free of charge.
If your order is under the value of £300 then a flat rate of £40 + VAT will be charged on order. On the free delivery, if you live in a certain postal area then there is also a surcharge to certain postcodes that are detailed below.

We aim to deliver all of our products within 7 days. Typically this will be within 2-3 working days if the product is in stock.
If the product ordered is not in stock then the delivery will generally take a maximum of 14 working days from order. You will be informed of this after you have placed the order and we can either offer a refund in full or give you an estimated time for the delivery.
